This is made from top quality tongue and groove shiplap and comes in both the lean-to and apex style roof. This is designed so the tongue and groove timber weatherboards interlock making it more secure to break-in’s, weather resistant and pleasing to the eye.

The building is also lined with a damp-proof membrane on all 4 walls. The roof is green mineral felt over solid timber sawn boards. The apex design has a galvanised metal ridge flashing joining the two roofs together for durability and strength.

The floor is Ex. 16 x 125mm T & G boarding over treated floor bearers. There is an option to upgrade the floor to Heavy Duty Ex. 22mm x 125mm T & G boarding if you wish.

The door and window positioning is made to the customers own specification. The door width is normally 2'6" but we can make this wider upto 3' at the same cost. We also have an option of double doors or an extra single door at an additional cost.

The buildings are externally brush treated with Barrettine Premier Wood preserver which is a spirit based product. We have a option of 6 colours to choose from.

All buildings are delivered and fitted free of charge within a 45 mile radius of our premises in Chasetown WS7 4QF.
